At V-Glob we strongly believe in this dream: by tracking route causes of poverty and providing secure life for children, we are able to reach a better world

.

The Programme:
The programme aims at building a center/"home" to welcome ado, street children and HIV/AIDS orphans.

The center will offer assistance and aids to youth and ado on the way to gain street due to children labour, misuse, HIV/AIDS, school deperdiction and extreme poverty. By contributing to prevent children to gain street, we secure their present and future life.

The programme will build "Home"/Center through year around volunteering, international humanitarian workcamp. Every person from any country can apply for participation in activities for a period of two (2), three (3) weeks or more according to their availabilities. The "Home" /Center consists of a structure of 35m x 20m, clean water and sanitation, and Basketball playing-field for children.

Venue of Programme/activities: Village of Bagbé, District of AVE, TOGO.
Bagbé is a village situated at South-West of Togo, at 35 km from  Lomé Capital City of Togo. With population near to 10.000 inhabitants, more than 52 percent are females. Youth under 18 years old represents 22 percent. More than 75 percent of people are living under USD1.2$ per day. 45 percent are in severe poverty.

There is access to electricity and clean water in Bagbé.

The principal economic activities of the village is to grow pineapple, tomatoes,  yams, maize and cassava.

The village has primary school and college. 650 children are in primary school and 115 in secondary.

Chlidren are every time sacked from classes for school fees non paiement. Primary and secondary education are not free for children in Togo. This situation  is a barrier to basic education and put childreen and especially girls out of school education system. Girls without supports to persue school education go to town or capital city for job. They suffer and some back to home with sexual transmitted diseases and HIV/AIDS.

Our programme to build "Home"/Center to welcome and support poorest in this community will tackle problems such as school deperdiction and children misuse and abuse.
